Accessibilty
In the design of the SPINN series a good deal of consideration was given to providing accessibility and ease of maintenance, all standard service components have been positioned at the front of the compressor thus allowing immediate accessibility by simply removing the front panel.
Low maintenance times and costs
The quick and easy access to the routine maintenance components allows minimum compressor downtime and also a drastic reduction in service time and thus lower costs.
Oil Filtration
Providing high quality compressed air in Line with key environmental objectives has been given a lot of attention during the development of the SPINN range. Thanks to the unique internal design of The vertical air/oil separator vessel and the high efficiency air/oil separator cartridge, very clean compressed air is provided.Residual oil content within the delivered compressed air is less than 3 mg. per cubic metre.
Air Cooling
The air flow generated by the electric fan provides very efficient cooling even during continuous use and in high ambient temperatures. This combined with the high efficiency oil cooler allows operating temperatures to be very low. The lower operating temperatures result in longer life to both components and to the lubricant.
Controls
The new SPINN series a comprehensive, yet easy to use controller, with all adjustments easily made via the simple controls. The standard safety features protect against high temperature, low oil, motor overload, and incorrect rotation.
Silence
All drive components such as the main motor and the air end etc. are mounted on a sturdy baseplate which is supported by anti vibration-dampers absorbing vibration and any resulting noise. The sound absorbent cabinet panels finally ensure the lowest possible noise levels.
Automatic belt adjustment
The entire SPINN range features an automatic belts tensioning system ensuring longer life to the drive belts, preventing slipping and allowing for simple quick replacement.

ABAC FILTERS
Our comprehensive range of silicone free compressed air and gas filtration products for use in almost every industrial environment.By using in-house research and development facilities we create high quality filtration products which satisfy the increasing demands of today’s sophisticated market. Within our standard range of threaded filters we offer 10 models with connections from 1/2" to 3" (A60-A2400) offering flow capacities up to 1412 scfm (40m3/min). These models incorporate the unique ‘push on’ filter element, which reduces maintenance time and allows the filter to be located in the most confined places.
These filters are manufactured using die-cast aluminum housings for pressure ratings up to 16 barg (232 psig). They are a proven success due to the high efficiency filter construction enabling a low pressure drop and ensuring low operating costs. All filter bodies are coated with blue polyester finish to eliminate corrosion.

The air compressor of the future available today!
A unique solution comprising of an encapsulated screw compressor, dryer, pre-filter, final filter, electronic drain all mounted on a 275 or 500 litre air receiver, ready to be installed and connected to the mains and air supply.
Each compressor is supplied complete with:
- Refrigerant dryer (with R134A environmentally friendly refrigerant).
- Compressed air pre-filter with filtration down to 3 micron.
- Final filter with filtration down to 0,01 micron.
- Automatic programmable condensate drain.
- 275 Lt. or 500 Lt Air receiver.

Featuring a backlit display with four lines of twenty digits each allowing extended messages, 5 languages, special functions and/or emergency signaling LED's, the MC2 controller also features:

Integrated Air Treatment Unit
All GENESIS compressors are fitted with a built in air treatment package comprising refrigerant dryer with R134A gas, pre-filter, final-filter and modular condensate drain. The operation of the dryer and condensate drains is conveniently controlled by the compressors main MC2 controller this provides for efficient dew point control and allows the fridge compressor to cycle efficiently. The GENESIS is fitted with both pre and final high efficiency filtration resulting in particles, oil and water droplets being removed before entering the compressed air system.
The compressed air produced therefore is extremely clean and dry and suitable for use in applications in various industries. For added convenience all the various condensate drain points are connected to a common manifold which is then connected to a single condensate outlet which can be easily piped to a suitable collection facility.

Low Noise Levels
With operating noise levels between 57db(A) and 69 dB(A) the Genesis compressor can be located directly into the working environment and nearer the point of use, creating a more comfortable workplace and reducing installation costs.
Reduced Maintenance
Special attention has been directed toward the ease of service in the design of the new Genesis compressor. Extended service intervals, quick and simple access to all components and the use of convenient ‘spin on’ oil filter and air/oil separator allow for a minimum disruption and a reduction in maintenance costs.

Installation
A traditional compressed air system comprising eight individual components can be replaced entirely with a single Genesis compressed air station. The unique Genesis concept is not only convenient but is also much simpler to install, easier to move and requires far less space when compared to a traditional system. A simple connection to a suitable power supply and to the compressed air network is all that is required to effect an immediate installation.
Air Quality
The new Genesis compressor has been deigned from the outset to provide clean compressed air in line with key environmental objectives. This means the Genesis runs cooler and cleaner than other compressors. In addition the Genesis is fitted with an efficient air treatment package comprising refrigerant dryer with R134a gas, pre filtration, hyper filtration and modular condensate drain.
