The XT range can run continuously, delivering quality oil free compressed air up to 10 Bar (145 psi). The horizontal, low profile piston arrangement keeps the dimensions of the compressor compact while not sacrificing performance. Every XT oil free compressor has a high quality, AISI 304 stainless steel tank as standard. For additional peace of mind, every XT stainless air receiver is covered by a 5 year warranty.

Up to 2,000maintenance free operating hours makes the XT range the perfect low maintenance solution for compressed air users. The integrated run hours meter allows you to accurately calculate when you are due a service, eliminating the chance of performing costly, unnecessary maintenance. Output compressed air can be easily controlled by using the pressure regulator. For when your application demands the ultimate in air quality, XT compressors with a dryer can also be fitted with a 0.01 micron, antibacterial filter. The sterile element can be cleaned in an autoclave, reducing ongoing maintenance costs and the components are fully compliant with FDA standards (Food and Drug Administration).

XT-D models feature a filter element, condensate separator and membrane dryer, which can reduce the dewpoint of the oil free compressed air as low as -20°C. The single dryer column backflows approximately 10% of the compressed air passing through it as a purge to keep the fibre membrane dry. This allows for 100% duty usage 24/7 unlike single tower desiccant dryers. An anti-pulse device inside the filter housing dampens the surges of air which naturally occur in piston compressors. This protects the membrane fibres from additional stress and lengthens the service life of the dryer whilst also maintaining its high levels of performance. Automatic condensate drains ensure that any liquid build up is removed with no effort from the user. Unlike conventional timer drains which only remove liquid periodically, the float drain operates by detecting the rising level of condensate and discharging it at pre-set levels. Every XT compressor is covered by a comprehensive 3 year warranty, extending to 5 years on the air receiver.
